Good God almighty. TheWashington Post published the Powerpoint presentation that Major Nidal Malik Hasan gave to doctors at Walter Reed in June 2007. It was supposed to be a medical topic, but instead Hasan made a presentation on Islam, the Koran and Muslims in the U.S. military. It's quite a good primer on Islamists, which as Hasan himself said, "Advocates rule by God's law-Islamic political rule/shariah law (i.e., no separation of church and state)." Do yourself a favor and read the slide show. All sorts of useful information in there. This is what we're up against, we apes and swine. Seriously.
Slide number 48: "We love death more then (sic) you love life!" Yup, that's clear.
NPR has done a terrific job of reporting on this story, with no flinching from reporting the truth, unlike so many other media sources. In an article on Hasan's ties to a radical imam (Don't worry, his e-mails were benign! *), there's this gem:
"At one point, the psychiatrists said, a former psychiatric director at Walter Reed, Scott Moran, sought to have Hasan dismissed, reportedly saying, 'I do not think Hasan should carry the Walter Reed name.' Moran, reached by NPR, declined to comment."
"But the administrative procedure for removing a resident at Walter Reed was considered onerous, according to the psychiatrists, and a key official on a review committee reportedly asked how it might look to terminate a key resident who happened to be a Muslim."
Yeah, that would look bad, wouldn't it?
* Don't worry, those crazy kids never got any guns!
