Islamic American University and MAS Boston present: The Quranic Methodology for Da'wa and Thought by Sh. Basyouny Nehela.
The course is tentatively targeted to begin on March 18th 2009, for twelve weeks on Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8:00PM.
The mind reels at who the founder, chairman and vice-chairman are of the Islamic American University. Solomonia did the research:
"The IAU was founded by vicious anti-semitic and anti-American Salah Soltan [Sultan]. Its Vice-Chairman is ISB Trustee, former Muslim Brotherhood director and unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy land Foundation trial, Jamal Badawi."
"Even more disturbingly (imagine!), the IAU's Chairman is none other than Sheik Yusuf al-Qaradhawi (Qaradawi). (Here's one example of Qaradhawi's teaching. Here's another -- hoping the Muslims pick up where Hitler left off.)"
Qaradawi is banned from coming to the United States, because of his support for terrorist groups and suicide bombing, but he can operate an online university with satellite "mini-campuses" at American mosques. Hello! As Solomonia notes:
"Since the affiliation first became controversial, the ISB has assiduously denied any connection to Qaradhawi, but I guess we can see how sincere that separation really is. What sort of 'methodology for dawa and thought' would you expect an entity run by the likes of Soltan and Qaradhawi to propagate? The 'perfectly compatible with American values and life'-type, or...something else...? How could it be that Qaradhawi's school would be teaching classes in Boston and it should go unremarked?"
Sigh. it never stops around here. The ISB and MAS are being a lot more discreet nowadays about their Muslim Brotherhood/Qutubist ideology, but it's there, clear as day. Their mosque in Roxbury was essentially subsidized by the the good people of Massachusetts, thanks to Mayor Menino and the Boston Redevelopment Authority. When will this craziness stop? And when will Muslims frm Roxbury run the Roxbury mosque?
