Jill from Business of Life has a great discussion about the recently released movie, Amazing Grace, which she calls "an old-fashioned epic, deeply inspriring." She reminds us not to forget about modern day slavery.

Please say a prayer for the two-year old girl in Charlestown, MA whose mother is suing two doctors and Planned Parenthood because of a botched abortion. That's right, the mother is suing that her daughter wasn't shredded, she's alive and apparently healthy. Mom wants damages and child-rearing costs. Imagine if that was your mother, how sad! Mom doesn't recognize a miracle from God when she sees one.
Another article (this at The Weekly Standard) that slams the mad rush to immunize girls with Gardasil. (I wrote about this earlier here and here.) As author Michael Fumento says, "the speed with which politicians are trying to foist these mandates upon parents seems unwarranted." He also notes that another HPV vaccine is in the works, Cervarix from GlaxoSmithKline. GSK is expected to submit it to the FDA this year. That explains Merck's intense lobbying effort.
